Maternity Photos Dilemma

I'm almost 33 weeks pregnant and hadn't really thought about doing maternity photos until I started seeing other peoples. Now, I am wondering if I am going to feel like I missed out. It took me over 3 years to get pregnant and who knows if I'll ever get to be pregnant again. When I asked my husband he said he didn't want to do them because it was "awkward". So, now I'm thinking I'll just do them by myself, but that seems kind of sad. What do you ladies think? I obviously don't have a ton of time to think about it at this point...
