I found out I was pregnant on the 4 of July I went to the er just to see if I was indeed pregnant it came back that I was and I was 5 weeks and 1 day but my last period was June 6th on I ovulated on June 20th the app is saying I should be 5 weeks today but the hospital said I'm 6 weeks today who is wrong I go to my first appointment on July 20th

I also had my LMP on 6 June. The doctor calculated my DD from the first day of my LMP, so I am 6+1 today.  They always do this as no-one can ever be 100% sure the exact day/time that they OV.  Also some of us have short/long cycles, could ovulate straight after AF, somewhere in between etc. You'll definitely have a more precise DD at the scan where they measure the bubba 😎xx I didn't even have an AF in May, started TTC only in June and due to endo and irregular periods thought we'd struggle...this is our third LO so we've been pretty lucky...I'm also getting old lol! 😜 HTH! Xx

Hmm wonder how they calculated it. When you get your first scan it can change again because they will base it off of baby's measurements. Congrats mama!

I'm sure the app is wrong. 2 apps got my ovulation date wrong but fertility friend got it right based on my BBT and other info I put in

Can I ask why you went to the ER?

The scans can be off by 5 days either way.

We are on the same cycle. I am 5w1d today. Just had my first u/s yesterday and thats what I was told :) GL hope that helps!

I had my LMP 6/8 missed period 7/4 and had the nurse tell me that my EDD is 3/15 and that I'm just shy of 5 weeks. She said it will be more clear once we have our first ultrasound

How did they calculate? When you get your scan, it will be more accurate. Your doctor is going to base it off your LMP until the ultrasound.

Same here :) my LMP was June 6th as well....missed my July 4th period I have a dr appointment July 28th and I will know more accurate how far I am, but according to the app I'm 5 weeks

I'm just like you my LMP was the 6th and I'm 5weeks and 1 day. Perhaps they calculated wrong but you should be 5 weeks .
