Early ovulation?

I'm on CD 9 today. AF lasted 8 days this cycle, with my last 2 days being brown blood. It wasn't spotting because I did have to wear a light pad both days. However, I took a Clearblue advanced digital opk yesterday and it was low, and today it was flashing as a high fertility day. Last month I did not ovulate until CD 19 during my 28 day cycle. I did start taking vitamin b6 and b complex to help lengthen my LP about a month and a half ago, so I'm assuming that's why my fertile window is starting early. But is this normal? Has anyone else experienced high fertile days so soon after their period?
