So emotional! Please i need answers!

I have been so emotional for the past few weeks and i really dont know why.. one minute while watching tv i'll be perfectly fine and then th next minute i'll catchy self crying over nothing absolutly nothing! Does this have to do with my period coming up or is it a early pregnancy sign or am i just going crazy?
