Weird CM

So I'm not really sure when/if I ovulate and I just started tracking my CM a few weeks ago but I had really watery CM for nearly a week and now I'm having very stretchy white-ish CM. It's not clear so idk if it's considered EWCM. 
Does it sound like I'm ovulating?
