Fiancee's ex pics still on fb!

My fiancé and I have been together for 3 years and we have one daughter and I'm currently pregnant. Anyway my fiancee's sister,his brother in-law,his parents,& his brother all have pictures of my fiancé and his ex wife on their fb. They have pictures of them kissing,hugging,& just hanging out. So my question is,"Is it disrespectful for them to still have those pictures up, Even though they've been separated for years?" I know it's in the past and it happened before me but I personally don't have pictures of me and my ex on my fb.
