Someone help!!

I am 23 and my husband is 53. We have been trying for almost 2 years to have a baby and it isn't happening. He has had his junk tested and its good. I have had every test done but one. Everything came back fine. The one test left requires me to have insurance which I do not yet have. Doctors day my tubes could be closed or flat or something. But we won't know until we can get the test done. Does any one know anything I can do or take to fix myself? I want a baby but it just isn't happening. People say so trying and it will happen. I stopped trying for a long time and still nothing! It's getting very frustrating please someone help
