Pregnant?

2 weeks ago I had a positive at home digital pregnancy test, a week later I took another one and it said not pregnant but I took it before I went to bed and the positive one was right when I woke up in the morning. Yesterday morning I had a faint pink when I'd wipe after I peed but not every time. Today it seems to be heavier, but only spots on a pantie liner. I have an appointment with my obgyn in 4 days. Does this mean I'm not pregnant? Should I keep my appointment?
