Period pain but no period?

Has anyone had what feels like period cramping before AF was due and turns out you was pregnant and never came on that period?

I experienced that just two days ago. I had cramps on Thursday and Friday but they didn't feel as bad as period. Then yesterday I had a dull pinchin pain in my Siatic nerve in my back. Today I do t feel like I am going to get AF at all. I am due in 7 days for AF

Absolutely. Both times that happened to me. I got cramps like my period was coming , but it was a little too early to be getting them. Turned out to be early pregnancy cramps. That is probably the first symptom I had both times.
