How did you tell your family?

Question

For our first baby we wrapped framed ultrasounds and gave them to each family
Member. It was awesome, but I need a new idea for baby #2! 
To tell my husband I sent our two year old out wearing a "big brother" tshirt, he was really excited. I may use the same shirt to tell my parents, but wanted some fresh ideas too. Suggestions?

Oh! Also our daughter is 10 and we couldn't find a single thing in stores that said big sister so we got her a card that said big sister with a sticker she could wear :-) she's so excited!

We bought a 3 pack of neutral colored onesies (one for each set of grandparents)and 2 sets of parents got a chalkboard that said "XX weeks until we're grandparents" and the other set of grandparents got a brag book. We put them in normal looking gift bags and gave them to everyone the weekend of the 4th when we went to visit. No one saw it coming! :-) my mom, his mom and my dad cried.
