1st baby and 18 weeks along...I go hiking with my husband and we pass a family holding a crying baby. Well needless to say my shirt was wet with clear fluid (I'm assuming colostrum) Everytime I hear a baby it happens and sometimes when we have sex. Doctor told us no nipple stimulation but it's still happening frequently. Something to be worried about? :( it's kinda early isn't it?!
