Your opinion PLEASE

So I had a spotting scare a few days ago (this is pregnancy number 5 baby number 4) I'm 17 weeks a few days. So I had a ultrasound down at the er baby is perfect. So after the she finished up it was two ladies by the way she said I couldn't tell if it was a boy or a girl, but I didn't see anything.... Its still early but keep praying for your girl. So as an experience mom of us where there are little Weiner's I don't see how she couldn't tell??? Or could she have seen but didn't want to say do to a policy where they aren't supposed to tell you. I feel like she was dropping a hint of a girl. What do you guys think?
