When to test?

How early is too early to test? They all say they'll work up to 5 days before you're late but how accurate is that?? What is everyone's experience?

Answer

For me personally, I feel like testing before missing a period is not a good idea. I realize everyone is different and everyone's cycle is different. We all know our bodies & cycles the best, so if you feel something is amiss or different, by all means, go ahead and test before a missed period. It's just been my experience that when I test before my period, I've gotten negatives. If I've waited a couple of days after my period was due, that's when I got positive results. Like I said, we know our bodies better than anyone, so you'll know if something isn't "normal."😊😊

I tested 2 days before my missed period and I am now almost 33 weeks pregnant
