CM/crampy question

So a couple days ago I went to the hospital with cramps in my right ovary area thinking I may have a cyst. Even posted about it lol. But I got checked out and everything was clear and normal. (From the docs pelvic exam and a ct scan. No ultra sound done or anything) so I went home with meds for the cramps.

Then, last night, I was up until 330am with terrible shooting pains in the same right ovary area. Like I was in tears. But since finding nothing wrong, I figured id be fine to sleep it off.

So all today I've have crazy heavy creamy/lotioney CM and still have those pains.

Has anyone ever gone through something like this? Should I go get an ultra sound to make sure my lady parts are all good?
