Infatuation?

A month ago I've went to a summer camp. It was a week long and halfway through the week this new guy came and I started having some feelings for him. I never worked up the courage to talk to him. Now I still think about him all the time. My twin bro met his current girlfriend at the same camp because he actually got to talk to her, and now I really regret not talking to the guy. I just don't know what to do. Any advice?
