Dealing with stress in pregnancy after a loss..

How do you guys cope with the anxiety of another pregnancy after a loss? I lost my first baby in January and I'm pregnant again. My husband has really been trying to find out ways to help me relax but I'm not sure what to tell him?

Try to stay away from Google. Google freaks me out every time I go on there, so I stay clear. Try to find a hobby, read a book, start a new series to watch, anything to keep your mind off it! Try not to lift anything too heavy, or stress too much! Just relax, it's hard, I know, but you'll make it through!

You just get through. There's no other way than to take it day by day and talk with other moms, pray, and take it easy whenever you can (not to prevent loss, but when your body is calm it's easier for you to be emotionally calm). I've been there, and it's terrifying, but you will get through.

I'm in the same boat. We lost our baby in April after 8 weeks and I'm pregnant again this will be my 3rd but I'm scared. It's hard to be excited when your worried about losing this one too.

I also had a miscarriage at 10 weeks in February and am now pregnant again. I am so nervous. I feel like I can't live my life because all I think about is if this baby will make it. I'm only 5 weeks so I know anything can happen! I wish you the best of luck!

Yes, I wish someone would have blocked me off google my first pregnancy...
