Remedies for a sore/tender vagina?

Assuming we're adults here, I have a request for advice. I have just had quite a lot of vigorous sex with my boyfriend this weekend; both with just his penis and the use of a strap on. I am healthy in that I have no stds or infections that would be the cause. I believe my pain to only be the result of being well used, as it were. So, that all being said, anyone have any suggestions for reliving this soreness and tenderness? I'm thinking long warm baths to be my best bet.
