Cramps after sex?!

So I'm 4w6d today and today was the first time we've had sex since we found out I was pregnant right now. Right after I started experiencing a sharp pain in my lower abdomen no blood no discharge just pain I'm pretty scared now I can't even walk right now cuz of the pain anyone had this before? Should I go to the ER? I don't know 😭😪

Usually normal. I had that with my first just breathe and drink some water. It will be OK.

I've experienced that before. My very first pregnancy, I had the worst muscle spasms. Just take it easy, stop until the cramps go away. Make sure you stay hydrated too
