Lower back pain?

Is anyone experiencing lower back pain in the first trimester? I just need peace of mind!

Did you ever figure out what the back pain was?

Yes omg it was horrible of and on for a week.  It mainly hurts if ive been driving now. But heating pad before you go to bed really helps and dont sleep on your back.
