Confusing symptoms!!

I have moments that I worry my mind is playing tricks on me!! I want another baby soooo bad!! Took almost 4 years to get pregnant with my son. Have been trying for about a year and half now and I'm getting the sore nipples, and feelin yucky and ran down, but these are sometimes the symptoms I get before I start. Don't want to test for a couple more days. Are there dead set symptoms that would just be related to pregnancy and not just periods?
