Funny first period stories!
My mom told me I'd cry when I'd start my period for the first time. I thought she was being silly. Sure enough, the night before I swallowed a nickel by mistake, and that morning when I started bleeding I thought I cut something open with the nickel and cried all the way to the nurses office at school.
