TTC after implant taken out...

I recently had the nexplanon (arm implant ) taken out of my arm on June 16th because I was having a period for about 2 months. My doctor said it was time to take it out. Ever since then I've been TTC. My period has been off since it was taken out. My last period started July 4th til about the 10th... has anyone gotten pregnant shortly after having it taken out???
