Not normal bloating?

Bloating during periods I know is normal and every woman deals with it. But I don't think my bloating is normal. I'm on my 3rd and heaviest day of my period and I am so bloated that I look 6 months pregnant. People have approached me and asked.. that's how big I am. Suggestions? Advice? Should I look more into this or talk to a doctor?

It is likely something you ate combined with period bloat. A high amount of carbs can make you retain water, along with sodium. Personally I can't eat a lot of vegetables/fiber at once without bloating. Try googling for some yoga poses for gas/digestion issues, those can help a little in the short term, alog with drinkig some water. Probiotics can also help a lot. If it continues more than 1-2 days, I would see a doctor.
