8 weeks today and no symptoms

Should I be worry? I have no symptoms in the first few weeks my boobs was hurting and I could have ate a cow but now nothing now even having to pee I just have discharge I had a u/s done at 6 weeks I saw the baby and got the heat the heartbeat I go to the dr again in two weeks it's been 4 years since my last baby so I don't remember and I had a m/c 3 years ago is anyone else not having symptoms
