Weight loss plan while TTC
I'm looking to lose weight without doing a fad diet. We are TTC but I want to try and lose as much weight as possible in the mean time. Does anyone have any diet plans that they've been given by their doctors or other professional that has resulted in positive results and is healthy to follow while TTC and most likely during pregnancy as well? I've struggled with weight my entire life even with healthy eating and excersize. I probably have to pay more attention to portion control and ingredients used, but was looking for some tips.
