Positive on cheap test

My husband and I have 4 kids and got a surprise in April thAt we were expecting again. Well a week or 2 later we miscarried. Ever since then we haven't been trying but not trying to prevent it either. Well now I am 1 week late and bought a cheap test just out of curiosity. Took it yesterday and got a positive result. Not sure if I should trust that or go buy a good test first
