Lazy eye/crossed eyes in 7 month old?

Haley
My daughter sometimes naps with her eyelids half shut and when this happens, I notice that her right eye tends to wander. Not a lot but, enough for me to notice it. Her fathers right eye is a little on the lazy said. Barely noticable. Could that have something to do with it? What should I do? :\

I can honestly tell you thst babies and small children have what looks like a lazy eye or cross eyed however some just have more skin over the bridge of their nose thatskes it appear this wayI swore my child had s lazy eye went to the dr multiple times went to the eye dr and found out everything was fine they said that a lot about 80%  of babies/ toddlers that they see don't have any issuesWait until they are older to get them tested unless it's completely obvious and not a minor thing you notice

Do have you doctor check it out. My wife had it as a kid and the doctor and her mom refused to believe her (should I see two of my teacher's head?). There are exercises they can have children do to counteract lazy eye. Unfortunately for my wife it wastoo late when people finally believed her so she still has a slight case of it.

My son had one lazy eye and outgrew it. I think its fairly common from what I've seen and read.

I had that as a kid and so did my brother. We both needed glasses to strengthen the lazy eye. So you can wait to see if she outgrows it or maybe go to the dr and see what they say

2/3 of my kids had that issue! They outgrew it! I wouldn't worry about it

I had it as a kid and when I was 4 I had surgery to cut the muscle behind my left eye because it was so bad. Then I work bifocals until I was 16 and now just have reading glasses. I'd get it checked out. Better to be safe and get a head start if it needs correcting

I was born cross eyed but it fixed for itself. The eye doctor told my mom that it will probably mean I will meed glasses when and I was older and sure enough I was.wearing glasses by the fifth grade. I think mine worked itself out by the time I was a year.
