Could I be pregnant ?

I have been on birth control now for about 7 years straight. Seems so long and I really feel like it's not healthy to be on it that long with no breaks. Me and my fiance are not trying to have a baby but I haven't gotten my period in 2 months. I have taken like 4 tests and all say negative. I'm suppose,to get my period again in 10 days. If I don't get it. It will be 3 months not having it. Could I be pregnant but it's just not showing,up? I'm going to go to the doctors to get blood test but I know that sometimes blood tests can be wrong as well. Happened to a friend of mine. Blood test turned up negative. Then a month later the at,home test,turned,up positive. I'm just curious as to what y'all think. Oh as of month 2 with NO period. I stopped taking birth control. I kind of think its messing with my hormones and maybe that's why I haven't gotten my period. I have been using contraceptive inserts and have been,careful this month. But still. NO period..my periods have always. Always. Always been normal. I have never missed a period. Not once. And I was late maybe by a few days. Only a couple times in my life. So this is not normal for sure. What are your thoughts ?!
