Advice please

So last week my bf and i had sex. I was not in the mood but agreed to it as soon as we started i got very wet and my CM was clear and stretchy or gooey. What does that mean because im not very sure how to moniter CM. I have not gotten this often maybe a few times before that i can remember or think of. He finished inside me. We are not actively trying to prevent or try to conceive at the moment. We both want a child but just want it to happen when it does. During that time glow showed i was ovulating but im not sure as i know i dont ovulate every month and have very irregular periods and cycles.
