First doctor visit Thursday, what should I expect?

My first doctor visit is Thursday and I'm just wondering what they will be able to tell me about my baby. I know I'll be going through lots of paper work, but how will they check me physically? I know I'm no more than four weeks pregnant. Thanks!

If you are just barely 4 weeks pregnant they probably won't even do an ultrasound or try checking out the baby. It would be too early to really see anything. Probably just confirm pregnancy and discuss the next few steps.

They probably won't be Abel to tell you anything about the baby just yet . They'll have you do blood work, urine test, go over medical history for both families most likely give you a pelvic exam.

I went to the er at 4 weeks and didn't see anything ( having horrible pains and confirmed my pregnancy).   I have my next appt at 6w+ a few days. Hopefully we will see something :)
