1st time moms who plan to breast feed

If you plan to breast feed and this is your first time, make sure you have some sort of nipple cream! Lanolin is the most common and a little bit goes a long way. I'm not trying to freak you out or scare you away from it but it's painful for the first week or two. I wish someone had told me that, I cried with my first. It hurt me so bad. I never cry. Not even while pregnant. Lol. I was successful though!!  I fed my son for 8 months until for some reason I dried up. Just a thought I had and figured I better share!
