As a teenager I went throught a time where I self harmed more than Id like to admit. I know it was a mistake, but I can't go back and tell myself Id regret it. My question is, for those of you who have self harmed and have kids, what do you tell your kids? And do they ever ask about your scars? I'm terrified of this subject for when I have kids
