Allergy to non organic milk?

Has anyone else's child had issues with drinking non organic milk? My 4 year old was breaking out in hives after drinking non organic whole milk so we switched her to lactose free milk for the longest time, then recently to organic whole milk. She's had 0 issues. Well last night at her grandparents she was given regular whole milk & her face broke out with a rash around her lips.
