Oh cravings you suck! I'm trying to have this healthy pregnancy and in eating crap hah. It's so hard to eat good when everything bad for you sounds so good! :(

Yikes.  Dont wonder why you gain 60lbs!!  You don't need to eat any extra calories at this point to support the baby.  You're totally letting yourself go... it might seem like "whatever, I'm getting fat anyway", but when you have an extra 30lbs hanging around 6 months after baby is born... you might not feel the same way.

I gained too much with #1 and it sucked.

If it weren't for cravings at this point I wouldn't be eating at all! Saw my doctor today to confirm/run blood work and she advised that whatever I wanted and thought I'd keep down was what I should eat. Hello Chick-fil-A! Haha. I am of course concerned with my health and the baby but like the good doctor said, "it's not good for anyone if you aren't eating at all"!

I just ate two Belgian waffles with Nutella, strawberries and cream so you're not alone in the unhealthy department haha. It's so hard to eat healthy when you'd rather go hungry than eat vegetables.

I swore I would have the most healthy pregnancy, lol. Sometimes you just have to give in. I'm in my first trimester so I have no appetite, lol. But I do try and drink a smoothie everyday.

Be careful! You don't have to consume extra calories yet. Try and find a healthy substitute. This is my third baby. I found my second and more healthy pregnancy much more enjoyable. It's just like before you were pregnant. Occasionally it's ok to splurge, just watch what you eat. All that sodium isn't a great thing.
