Coq10 and fertility
After my first cycle TTC ended in a BFN, I applied my science background and spent hours researching natural ways to increase fertility.
I ran to my local Vitamin Shop and picked up Vitex and CoQ10. There are two versions of it, one (ubiquinol) is better absorbed but more expensive, however you only need half the dosage. Coq10 is already produced by the body to fuel cell energy and is present in all parts of the body. It decreases with age and suplimenting with it had been shown to increase egg quality and support cellular division.
If you are talking the form that is readily absorbed without the body needing to convert it (ubiquinol) then 300-400mg is the commonly recommended daily dose (cited by numerous NR'S and successful users). Double it for regular Coq10. Safe to every day of cycle but should reduce to 200 mg after BFP.
It works for men too! 200 mg is all they need for increased sperm mobility! !!!!!Many other health benifits as well. Google for more info or to hunt down your own research. Good luck and baby dust to all!
