Big sister gift ideas

I want to get our 5 year old daughter a big sister gift from the baby. I want to have it in the hospital room for when she comes to meet the baby for the first time. I initially thought of a baby doll but she has so many already but my pregnancy brain is stopping all other thoughts. Any suggestions? Thanks!!
