one sided cramping?

about an hour ago I had some mild to some occasional painful pain in my lower abdomen on my left hand side, it's gone now but should that be something to be worried about?

Mine just start it to it's a light pain nothing crazy.

I had the same thing yesturday and today. Its gone now. I called the nurse. Its very dull and she didn't seem concerned. She said if it gets more intense or start bleeding them go to er. As it may be ectopic. But I think it's  normal if it's just slight pain. Don't worry

I have the same thing on and off (also the left side). I'm 5w5d.

It could be a cyst.

Do you have an appointment soon? If the pain gets bad or you see blood then go the ER ASAP. If you're feeling ok just wait to call your doctor tomorrow and then they can hopefully see you.
