I am a second time mom and baby boy was born one week ago! My milk came in on Thursday, the day we went home. I have been so incredibly full since then with little to no relief. He seems to be eating just fine with plenty of wet diapers. I've even been pumping once sometimes twice a day. I never experienced this with my first so I'm just wondering if I'm doing something wrong or if this will go away soon! Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!
