Symptoms for twins?

Are there any symptoms unique to a pregnancy with twins? Just curious. I'm only five weeks along but this pregnancy feels vastly different than my first and I've oddly had several dreams lately about having twin girls. Could just be silly dreams, but now I'm wondering...

I havent had twins before but have a feeling this time i could be. Tired to the max, sick worse then my first. And i had a 3+ on a cbd when i was a week late. 
Oh and twins run in the family lol. Ive a scan on the 30th so i will find out then.

I just found out last night I'm expecting twins & so far I've had little to know symptoms but I am only 5 weeks 4 days.  I'm very tired & my boobs are sore & that's all

Hi!   7 wks preggo with my second:). My boobs are gigantic and painful. Very dull nausea on and off but I've already gained 5 pounds and am very bloated or showing.  Both of my great grandparents are twins :)  I have my first scan the 21st !! Ahhhh hubby says please no twins haha. But this pregnancy is very different from my first.  I guess we'll see !

Yall, I'm wondering the same thing! I'm extremely bloated and waaaay more nauseous. This is baby number 5 for me and this pregnancy feels so much different already. I will be 6 weeks on Thursday. Twins also run in both mine and my husbands family.

I'm having crazy vivid dreams so maybe that's just a pregnancy symptom in general. I've never really considered that we could have twins (although there are two sets on my mothers side) but since 2 weeks before I even got a positive HPT I've been having dreams of twins. It's strange to say the least

I am having twins and I was so sick and exhausted at 5 weeks and the the symptoms have not improved at all. I have been on the couch most do the day when my son isn't asking me to play trains or catch. My husband is out of town. I have been beyond tired this time around. The constipation then diarrhea has been way worse this time.

Found out today we are having twins and possibly identical! Did not see them on 6 week scan but saw them todau with heartbeats of 187 and 167 at 8 weeks! Do symptoms other than tired!

This is my second pregnancy and I have been sick the whole time my first pregnancy was nothing like this have been in a constant nightmare with this pregnancy but they say every pregnancy is different
