Bleeding
Need help plz!! I think am around 4 weeks I have my first doctor visit tomorrow.. But am really scared right now I went to the restroom nd as I wipe my self there was bright red blood on it i have to the restroom 3 more time nd noting i took 2 test nd still pregnant I been cold .. Not feeling hot like I did before.. Plz i need help .. No cramping
