Anovulatory since miscarriage...

I had my miscarriage beginning of May and have been waiting to ovulate to try again. Twice, I had symptoms of ovulation, even thinking I'm having ovulation spotting, but not getting a rise in bbt and eventually realizing I'm just having breakthrough bleeding for two weeks with no ovulation. It's making me sad because I just want to have a normal cycle already! Has anyone gone through this and how long did it take to ovulate again? I've been taking Vitex since two weeks after the MC and it hasn't done squat. It's so frustrating...
