Cleaning Thermometer & logistics
Hey ladies!
I'm going to starting charting my BBT during my next cycle, and I'm a little nervous about it. I have a couple questions:
Do you clean your thermometer? How?
Is it awkward temping with your partner in bed? My husband is super supportive and involved with everything, but it still feels a little awkward.
Do you just insert the thermometer a bit, or as much as possible?
