OPK everyday all month???

Hello!

I had a positive OPK two days ago, during my fertile window. I am on the last day of the window today. Glow recommending that I take an OPK today. So my question- do I take them after I have ovulated? I would rather not spend the time and money if I don't need to!

Nope. Stop taking them when you get a positive.

Glows reminders aren't that smart.

If you are site you ovulated i don't think you would need to take one again however some women ovulate twice in a month
