Anyone else?

Does anyone else not get any more ultrasounds in thirds trimester like some ladies do? I only got one at 9weeks and 20weeks and doctor says I won't be getting anymore unless someonthings wrong 😒 anyone else?

My doctor told me I won't get another one until 36-37 weeks to check positioning unless something is wrong. However, I will be having a growth scan tomorrow because at my appointment last week when she measured my stomach, baby was measuring 4 weeks ahead!

I had one at 20 weeks and no more for me unless a medical necessity comes up.

Same it's based on the doctor practice they choose if they do or don't. Mine just measures the fundus and checks the heart rate w the Doppler. No more ultrasounds unless there is a complication.

I wont get any after my last one at 20 weeks 😔 unless there's a complication or something or if we go out out of pocket for one somewhere. Which I have considered doing but we aren't finding out gender and I'll go thru the whole "I don't wanna accidentally find out!" paranoia again. Lol

I'll get one more at 32 weeks, I think because of my "Advanced Maternal Age." It's just a quickie to check growth as far as I know.

We only had our 20 week anatomy scan. That's what we expected and wanted, being low risk and healthy. Ours is also a surprise. I'm more old school. Ultrasounds are cool and all, but unless medically necessary for higher risk, I don't want additional. I think it's more exciting not to be so invasive with this process. We'll see our baby when our baby arrives 😍

Yea, I won't get any more unless I develop a complication.  So, if all goes well, the next time I see my little guy is going to be in person!
