Am I getting used to my Prozac?

I have been on Prozac for four/ five months now and it has helped me so much, but recently the stress of ttc, having problems with our air conditioning unit, family, etc has made me wonder if I am becoming used to/ immune to my medicine. I'm on 20 mg of Prozac has anyone else had this happen?

I've had it happen with other meds,  your body adjusts to it,  or you build up a tolerance.  Ask for a dose increase

Possibly but stress is normal to a degree if you feel like the medication is not helping so much you might consider therapy in addition.

You might be. I take 60mg of Prozac. I used to be on 20 but they upped my dosage to 60 after a couple months.

I was on Prozac 20mg for about a year and I just found myself having more symptoms so they increased it to 40 and now I feel great

You may just need your dose increased. Not uncommon at all. Just call your doc. Hang in there!
