Okay I'm 3 weeks into EBF my DD, and I have been getting a pain in my right breast for a few days now. It happens when my milk starts coming in or when my nipple gets hard. It's a sharp shooting pain that I can feel throughout my breast. I don't think it's a clogged duct, because I have no lumps, and I pump whatever my DD doesn't drain from me, which is usually not much. I have no symptoms of an infection, so I'm at a loss as to what it could be, anyone have any ideas?
