Miscarriage or implantation?

So we decide to make a baby on Sunday July 12th. Yesterday I was cramping horribly from my right ovary...worst pain ever I almost went to the ER. Today just now at 12pm Tuesday July 14th, I experienced reddish brownish blood kinda of thing idk what's going on, I'm kinda scared. I had 1 miscarriage 3 years ago. What what can this be, do I take the pain or go to the doctor?

Its been 2 days you wouldn't have even implanted yet if you did get pregnant so unless you were already pregnant you're not having a miscarriage.. Maybe ovulation pain

My period should start today but I dont have any simptoms of it acept sore brests!!! Hope to keep missing it!!! Ttc soo much!!!

Could be implantation. That's how mine started out... If the pain is that bad and you'd like to know for sure then see your doctor 😊
