My son's pee pee picture looked a lot like that at 18 weeks 3 days. That black spot is definitely his bladder and he for sure has a penis. The sonographer was not wrong at all. Lol. Congratulations it's a boy!!

Black is his bladder and def a peepee in THe middle the leg is on the one side you can see. The other maybe up over to the other side more out of the pic.

I only see one leg on the bottom of the picture. He may I've his other leg raised out of the picture.
