Has anyone with really long cycles conceived within a year?

I'm just curious because I'm on cycle day 63 and its a struggle to know when to use OPKs lol

I have very irregular cycles. Some would be 60 days but others were like 20. So my doctor gave me medication that makes a period begin. If I didn't get my period early, then I would begin the medication. This was ttc my first and now I'm having the same issues so I scheduled a doctors appointment.

I'm on cycle day 67 myself. :/ I have no idea when to use opks either. I was doing them everyday for three weeks but kept getting negatives so I gave up. Interested in hearing any stories as well.
