Problems of meeting your significant other young

I hate how people always judge you and say that you won't last long and you guys are delaying each others lives, I'm 15, my boyfriend is 16, we get grades all above 60% and we always remind each other to study, he and I started off as best friends and don't really get along with the other people in our school so teachers gossip about us in the staff room and even come up to us and say if they were our parents they would make sure we were 100 metres apart daily..and our parents know about us and told us to keep on working and not get pregnant and we'd be fine, I just hate the outside judgement..it's not like I have anyone else to talk to in school, why can't my boyfriend be my bestfriend too? I just don't see whats wrong with the students and teachers arg
